- Preparation of Board minutes and dividend vouchers as required by HMRC.
- Provision of our office address as your registered and service office so that your director’s residential address remains private on the Companies House register.
- Advising and processing the winding up of your company in the most tax efficient way including the processing of the application for dissolution to Companies House.
